In this role, your mission is to Drive supplier quality excellence and localization initiatives by developing, qualifying and continuously improving suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective and reliable supply solutions. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers. 

Your day-to-day

  • Work with suppliers to monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support supplier qualification, audits, APQP/PPAP and process validation activities.
  • Analyze quality issues, lead root cause investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Operations teams to ensure supplier quality, delivery and cost targets are achieved.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop local suppliers to support localization and supply chain resilience.
  • Lead supplier localization projects, including supplier selection, qualification, validation and ramp-up activities.
  • Track supplier KPIs and contribute to supplier development and localization roadmaps.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive improvements.
  • Interest in supplier quality, manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic business environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC) is a plus.Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, welding, assembly or localization projects is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
