Your role

CPC Pumps is looking for a talented professional to join our team to fill a new vacancy in the role of Aftermarket Customer Support Representative (CSR).

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Aftermarket Customer Support Representative (CSR). You will be part of our Aftermarket team reporting to Inside Sales Lead. In this role, your mission is to assist the inside aftermarket team in reviewing and addressing customer requests for quotations (RFQs) for aftermarket pump parts and also support tracking and expediting needs.  You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers. 

Your day-to-day

•    Review customer RFQs and work with aftermarket team to generate accurate quotes in a timely manner
•    Assist aftermarket team in reviewing customer POs and requirements
•    Work closely with aftermarket team to issue order acknowledgements as approved by management 
•    Coordinate with other departments to update customers on order statuses 
•    Support service technicians with coordination and service parts needs
•    Communicate to the applicable internal departments any special customer changes or revisions related to aftermarket
•    Support aftermarket team in providing periodic updates and projections to accounting team & management
•    Provide necessary paperwork and info to customers and shipping teams to ensure parts that are ready are shipped on time
•    Support tracking and expediting both internally and externally
•    Handle entries and updates in our various systems (CPC Portal, SAP, Tracking Sheets, Planning Software, etc.)

Your skills and experience

•    Strong verbal and written communication skills 
•    Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
•    Well organized and able to prioritize tasks
•    Proven self-starter with strong work ethic, high energy, and positive attitude
•    Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
•    Motivated, pro-active, team player with excellent interpersonal skills 

Education and/or Experience

•    University/College Degree in a relevant field is an asset
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function is required; manufacturing/industrial environment experience is preferred
•    Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•    Experience with scheduling using Microsoft Projects is an asset
•    Experience working with SAP environment is an asset
