Your role

Mission

• To maintain regular contact with all customers with effective / frequent visit plan to achieve business goals and maximize sales across the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets in terms of revenue and volume by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities.
• Maintain regular and structured contact with customers through an effective visit plan to maximize sales and strengthen relationships.
• Build and sustain long-term partnerships with new and existing customers, including key decision-makers, to increase market share and company presence.
• Prepare and manage technical proposals and bid submissions, including calculating sales prices, preparing bid documentation, completing technical data sheets and conducting necessary follow-ups.
• Collaborate with business line manager and product marketing teams to deliver tailored, energy-efficient, and sustainable solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Provide accurate technical support and respond effectively to customer inquiries.Work closely with the aftermarket team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, providing relevant market insights to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain a professional image and actively contribute to strengthening the division’s brand presence.Ensure timely and accurate updates of the CRM system, including records of visits, correspondence, quotations, and orders. 

To succeed, you will need

Knowledge

- Proven and minimum of three (3) years of experience in industrial sales function.  

- Candidate must be fluent in spoken & written English and Arabic.

- Adequate knowledge of using MS office tools is required.

- Good technical and engineering background.

- Familiarity and experience to deal and negotiate commercial terms and conditions.

Educational requirements

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
