Your role

As a Sales Support Professional, your role is to enhance our sales operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your contributions will empower our sales representatives to achieve their targets and drive business growth. You will report to Teamleader Application Engieering.

• Provide pre-sales and after-sales application engineering support
• Support Sales and Service teams with all technical inquiries
• Assist the field sales team with technical issues and customer consultations on site
• Deliver technical training sessions (online or onsite) in German and English for Customer Centers, external partners, and employees
• Provide technical support to Customer Centers worldwide regarding our wastewater pump portfolio
• Support the Order Engineering and R&D departments in continuous product improvement initiatives
• Provide general technical consultation and advisory support

To succeed, you will need

You have completed training as a certified technician or hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field, and have already gained professional experience in the wastewater industry. Experience in process technology and mixing technology is an advantage. In addition, you bring the following qualifications and personal strengths:

• Strong technical aptitude and a customer-focused service mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
• A structured, organized, and self-motivated approach to work
• Enjoyment of teamwork and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in all standard Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good written and spoken English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
