As our Regional Planning Team Leader, you will play a key role in shaping and leading our regional Customer Service organization. Reporting to the Regional CSO Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving excellence across planning, and customer support processes. You will lead and develop the regional planning team while collaborating closely with Service Managers, Operations, Technical Support, Finance, Logistics, Sales, Service Administration, Customer Success Centers, and divisional stakeholders. Together, you will ensure efficient service execution, process compliance, and a customer-centric approach that supports our vision of being First in Mind – First in Choice.
In this position, you will:
- Lead, coach, and inspire the Regional Planning Team.
- Own planning governance and GPE alignment.
- Ensure effective resource and service planning.
- Drive planning process excellence and standardization.
- Optimizescapacity, utilization and service levels.
- Enable cross-country resource and technician sharing.
- Act as an operational backup to the Planning team and ensures continuous service coverage during absences.
- Partner across functions to deliver operational excellence.

We are looking for a customer-focused leader who combines strong operational understanding with a passion for people development and continuous improvement.
You bring:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Service Operations, Customer Service, Planning, Process Management, or a related operational environment.
- Experience in leading projects, process improvements, or operational transformation initiatives.
- Leadership experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
- Strong understanding of service operations, planning, administration, and process governance.
- Experience working with shared service centers or centralized support organizations is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP, MAM2, or similar business systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Native-level proficiency in the local language of the country where the position is based.

Preferred location: Athens, Greece (other locations within the Southeast Europe region may be considered).Travel within the region and internationally will be required.
