Your role
The Global Business Lead – Service will build, launch, and scale the Medical Gas Solutions service business across priority markets, translating divisional strategy into sustainable local service organizations with clear commercial and operational accountability.
Acting on behalf of MGS and in close collaboration with the local General Manager and Medical Equipment Business Line Manager, the role guides and establishes the service business from market assessment and organization design through execution, capability building, profitable growth, and delivery of results. The local entity, led by the General Manager, remains locally responsible for the business and owns the results together with the Global Business Lead.
Until the local service organization is established and fully functional, the Global Business Lead will carry the required Business Line Manager responsibilities. As service volume and organizational maturity increase, dedicated local Business Line Manager, sales, and technician roles will be added in line with an approved, economically sustainable organization plan.
The role will also replicate proven practices from the established Canada, United Kingdom, and United States service organizations, advance markets along the medical service growth ladder, and identify acquisitions or partnerships that can accelerate capability, customer access, and market coverage.
