Atlas Copco is seeking a Technical Specialist to become the go-to expert for our Power & Light product range, including generators, lighting towers, battery energy storage systems, and solar-powered solutions. This role focuses on providing technical support, troubleshooting complex electrical issues, delivering product training, and working closely with service teams, dealers, and customers to ensure equipment performs at its best.
Role:
- Providing advanced technical support for electrical power and lighting equipment.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex field issues.
- Supporting new product launches and technical training programs.
- Assisting with warranty investigations and technical reporting.
- Working alongside service, sales, and product teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Helping drive innovation and continuous improvement across our Power Technique business.
To succeed, you will need
- Electrical Trade Qualification or Electrical Engineering Degree.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with generators, lighting towers, renewable energy solutions, battery storage, or industrial electrical systems highly regarded.
- A passion for technology, customer service, and sharing knowledge.
