Depending on your chosen apprenticeship, your programme will typically last between two and four years, combining structured learning with hands-on experience in the workplace. Main Responsibilities –

• Supporting the implementation of the SHE Management System (set out in Risk Control Elements RCE00 through to RCE28) at the Clevedon site.
• To support internal audits on processes at PC Clevedon in line with the requirements of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local procedures, whilst working towards an integrated SHEQ approach.
• To track and report on SHE related non-conformances.
• To support SHE related projects as required.
• To promote and influence a positive safety culture within the product company.
• To support process owners to achieve a sustainable approach to the assessment of all risks in their area, the recording of such risks and the swift introduction of measures to minimize such risks, both preventative and protective.

• Must be a good communicator and have excellent fluency in spoken and written English.
• This role is being offered as an apprenticeship L3 (equivalent to A Levels)
• GCSE in English and Maths grade 4 (C) or above
• Microsoft Office applications, basic I.T. skills
• Shows empathy when dealing with people who may be working in difficult situations.
• Social skills with the ability to engage and motivate others.
