We are looking for an AI Adoption & Transformation Analyst who will drive AI awareness, support digital transformation initiatives, and help build a thriving AI community across our Brno Hub.
As an AI Adoption & Transformation Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking AI and automation trends, training and supporting colleagues in the adoption of AI tools and building and growing the AI community across Brno Hub.
You will act as the main point of contact for AI-related questions, organize training and knowledge-sharing activities, and help identify new automation and AI opportunities across business processes.
Work Location: Brno, hybrid working (up to 3 days of HO/week)

What You Will Do
Drive AI Innovation & Opportunities
- Track AI and automation news, tools and trends, and translate them into practical updates for Brno Hub colleagues
- Identify and evaluate automation and AI opportunities across processes, in cooperation with P&I (Process & Improvement) team and operations
- Help define suitable automation approaches including AI solutions, Agentic AI concepts, and workflow automation
- Analyze available data to find opportunities for improvements
- Support adaption to modern technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI reporting, SharePoint, RPA/AI and others
- Actively develop own knowledge in AI/Automation tools by participating in available trainings and learning opportunities
Lead Digital Transformation & Change
- Support implementation and adoption of new solutions within daily operations
- Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms across Finance and Business
- Promote and support ongoing and future operational changes – system changes, organizational changes, process changes
- Promote and adapt to LEAN methodology for improvements
Create Learning Experiences & Knowledge Resources
- Create & maintain training materials, guides and playbooks
- Maintain a knowledge hub and learning resources on SharePoint
- Share information and knowledge with others within the team and whole Brno Hub
Build and Grow the AI Community
- Organize trainings and knowledge-sharing activities
- Co-create a gamified mini learning course/journey for community newcomers (points, leaderboard, friendly competition)
- Motivate colleagues to share their own AI use cases and success stories across teams
Collaborate & Support
- Cooperate with other P&I elements from other business areas
- Follow other instructions given by Line Manager
- Act as the main point of contact for AI-related questions and support colleagues in the adoption of AI tools
To succeed, you will need
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in training, internal communications, community management, or change management.
- Proven work experience in an Automation or AI environment
- Strong analytical thinking and business analyst mindset.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Practical experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions.
- Experience with programming principles or any programming language is an advantage.
Personal Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Experience creating training materials, newsletters, or video-based learning content is an advantage.
- Experience organizing trainings, workshops, community events, or knowledge-sharing activities.
- Basic understanding of RPA, Python, or automation tools is an advantage.
Language
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
