Your role
This role provides critical support in customer service and outbound logistics operations, ensuring reliable and efficient order management as well as swift handling of outbound shipments.
The primary focus of this role is customer service, acting as the main point of contact for customers and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.
As a customer service and logistics specialist, you are responsible for managing day-to-day customer enquiries, processing orders timely and accurately, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. You play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring clear communication and efficient handling of enquiries related to orders, shipments and delivery timelines. In addition to customer service responsibilities, you support outbound logistics activities, including shipment bookings, documentation, and coordination with carriers. You contribute to tactical projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and compliance with customs processes. This dual focus requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
You will
- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner based on daily intake.
- Order Monitoring: Monitor and update the status of open orders, ensuring transparency and informing customers when necessary.
- Customer Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order-related inquiries.
- Voice of the Customer: Represent the customer internally, ensuring that commitments on order shipment are met.
- Shipment Coordination: Coordinate and book outbound shipments, ensuring goods are shipped with the correct forwarder and pickups occur as planned.
- Forwarder Tracking: Track transport performance and escalate issues when needed to maintain service quality.
- Workflow Support: Assist in resolving issues related to workflows and outbound logistics processes.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to operational projects focused on improving outbound logistics processes.
To succeed, you will need

Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills, particularly German, French, or Spanish at a communicative level, are considered a major asset
- 3 years’ experience in similar role is a huge plus
- pro-active & attentive towards customers, detail oriented, good communicator
- strong in follow-up and administration, creative in finding solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Microsoft 365)
