The role

For our team of full time Inside Sales Representatives we are searching for a part-time support. The part-timer shoudl help the team with a higher workload and back them up during  days off or Czech bank holidays. We are very flexible in work conditions - you can have regular part-time  (in Czech HPP contract) and work a predetermined number of hours each month or we can offer you also very flexible contact (in Czech DPP/DPČ and work how it will fit to your schedule). We prefer long term cooperation as it will take some time to teach you everything, so few months contact is not an ideal option for us.

What are the responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative?

• * First and foremost, it is important to respond quickly to customer enquiries and requests. But that’s not all.
• * You will build customer share by offering additional products and services and by following up on quotes to set up and drive online meetings.
• * You will identify parts, create up-selling opportunities, and confidently interact with regional sales team members in Germany to ensure fast delivery of quotes and information.
• * The overall aim of the role is to provide supporting proposals for our spare parts customers, up-sell from base enquiries, and work proactively to target new and repeat business from both historic customers and new enquiries.

What are the requirements for this position?

• Communicative level of German (B2 level) - you will need it mainly for a written communication but you shold be confident enought to have a phone call if needed
• Good level of English (most of your colleagues can´t speak Czech only English)
• Previous experience with reactive sales, customer service or order processing can help you but it is not mandatory
• You should have a good organization skills and attention to details to proceed orders correctly
