Your role
We are looking for a motivated Logistics Process Administrator to join our team and support the processing of customer orders. This is a part-time opportunity (DPČ) with an expected workload of approximately 18 hours per week. While the work needs to be completed during standard office hours, we offer flexibility in arranging the specific working days and hours, allowing you to balance work with your other commitments. During the initial training period, we expect you to work primarily from the office to ensure smooth onboarding and support. Once you are fully trained and familiar with the processes, it will be possible to arrange more flexibility and hybrid working schedule.
The Admin is dedicated to ensuring the accurate, efficient and timely processing of incoming orders. Your main responsibility will be to manage the data validation of incoming orders via the AI platform, ensuring the data consistency and correctness. You will work closely with the team of Logistics Process Specialists.
You will
- Processing orders based on the daily intakes that we receive from our customers via the AI platform
- Solving errors on idoc when transferring orders in SAP
- Support on order processing from sales quotation
- Communicate with respective Order Handlers in customer centers if needed
- Maintaining the process documentation (SOPs)
To succeed, you will need
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English
- Basic IT literacy
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and collaboration skills with team members
- Good time and task management (structural way of working), discipline
- Interest in order handling, automation, business processes
