Job Description

Your Role

We are looking for a Product Owner Marketing Automation to drive the strategy, development, and adoption of our marketing technology ecosystem. With HubSpot at the core, you will help create scalable customer journeys, optimize lead management, and enable data-driven customer engagement across the business.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and continuous improvement of our marketing automation platform.
  • Drive customer journey automation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize lead management processes to support marketing and sales performance.
  • Manage the marketing technology ecosystem, including HubSpot integrations.
  • Ensure governance, data quality, compliance, and stakeholder enablement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
  • Fluent English and willingness to travel occasionally.
