Your role

As a Sales Development Representative with Dutch,  your mission is to play a key role in driving revenue and supporting the local sales team by managing customer outreach, cold calling, and qualifying leads. By generating and dispatching opportunities, maintaining a strong pipeline, and coordinating marketing-driven campaigns, the SDR ensures Sales Engineers can focus on high-value interactions and closing deals. This role partners closely with the Customer Center to enhance customer experience, build long-term relationships, and accelerate market growth. 

You will

• Research potential customers, conduct outbound calls, and generate new sales opportunities
• Qualify leads and pass high-quality opportunities to the Sales team
• Schedule meetings between customers and Sales Engineers
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities
• Follow up with prospects to build relationships and support pipeline growth
• Collaborate with Customer Centers and internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and smooth sales processes

To succeed, you will need

You have communicative English and Dutch, and ideally experience in sales, customer service, or a shared services center.

• education - preferably marketing, administration, or engineering degree.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing or related roles will be a plus

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Brno, Czech Republic (CZ).
