Your role
As a Global Business Development Manager, your mission is to drive growth and innovation by identifying, evaluating, and negotiating new sales and marketing opportunities across multiple areas. You will play a role in shaping the future of our business by developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth. Your efforts will be instrumental in fostering collaboration across global teams, aligning business objectives, and staying ahead of technological trends. You will be part of the [add Business Area] and our [add Division] and report to the Vice President of Marketing.
Your day-to-day
- Analyze markets, customer segments, and emerging trends to identify new opportunities.
- Build business cases that support investment and strategic decisions.
- Develop partnerships and collaboration models with customers, distributors, and technology partners.
- Lead or support strategic projects across functions and regions.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
- Follow up on progress and propose actions to strengthen long-term growth.
Your skills and experience
- You have experience working in business development, strategy, commercial analysis, or a similar field.
- You bring strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and can translate insights into clear proposals.
- You communicate clearly and can present ideas in a simple and compelling way.
- You build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are curious, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity and long‑term topics.
- Experience in international environments or technical industries is an advantage.
