Business Process Engineer PLM

Compressor Service & Optimization division (CSO) is responsible for all aftermarket business including support and service to our customers. To further strengthen engineering team in CSO wuxi hub, we are looking for an experienced business process engineer focus on lifecycle management of spare parts. This position will build and optimize the process to improve the efficiency of engineering team. You will also act as a spokesperson for the aftermarket engineering team to align with different stakeholders.

You will report to the engineering team leader and work very closely with corresponded CSO teams in Wuxi (China) and Airpower (Belgium).

Your tasks but not limited to:

• Evaluate the impact of GEMS introduction and make plans to clean up legacy parts
• Mapping the status of different phases during entire life cycle including machine phase in , design change in production ,machine phase out and end of life
• based on the result of mapping, make clear proposal in each phase to reduce ad-hoc from after-market end
• work together airpower team to execute the roadmap of Service Bill of Material module integration, starting from Engineering & manufacturing Bill of Material that links the aftermarket parts and kits portfolio to a product
• Improve the efficiency of release flow in Enovia, define the requirements for an aftermarket template to support the translation of engineering data to procurement parameters, pricing data and purchase order transactions in the distribution centers.
• Make plan to improve the correctness of master data
• Work with mechanical engineer to reduce PN variants in the system

Job location: Wuxi, Jiangsu

Competence & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiences in engineering
2. clear understanding of global lifecycle processes and how to integrate this in the system landscape
3. Good command of English both oral and written
4. Be familiar with PLM system (Enovia) and SAP system
5. Team player, but able to work individual
