Job Description
Your role
As a CSO Field Service Technician, your mission will be to deliver excellent on-site service, ensuring product performance and customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers and an ambassador for Atlas Copco.
Your day-to-day
- Guide customers on the proper use of Atlas Copco products and recommended maintenance intervals.
- Test equipment before and after service interventions, taking corrective actions whenever necessary.
- Diagnose faults and ensure effective solutions during the first service visit.
- Prepare clear and objective reports on services performed.
- Complete the Risk Prevention Analysis (RPA) before each service activity.
- Ensure services exceed customer expectations, contributing to the sustainability and growth of the business.
To succeed, you will need
- Technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Refrigeration, Automation, or related fields.
- Knowledge of oil-lubricated, oil-free, and centrifugal compressors is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Safety certifications/training are desirable, including NR10, NR18, NR35, NR11, NR12, NR20, and Defensive Driving.
