Job Description

Your Mission

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Regional Operations Manager - Charlotte. You will be part of our Operations team reporting to the National operations manager. In this role, your mission is to develop the service business in the East region including establishing goals for service-related products and results. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Your day-to-day

    • Implement strategic plans to drive and exceed establish goals.
    • Provide leadership and supervision of Service Managers in the region.
    • Manage and develop regional service team into a modern, professional and cost efficient business unit with customer focus.
    • Oversee the regional service team, taking actions to improve operational performance and efficiency both in short and long term.
    • Work in tandem with Service Managers, Planners and the Sales Team to have a fluid cradle to grave process in service management, maintaining WIP under control.
    • Report on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity, including recommendations for product, service, pricing changes and evaluation of competitive developments.

Your skills and experience

Experience Requirements

Substantial related industry experience. Knowledge of the service range of products and services, safety practices and OSHA procedures, as well as experience in managing a remote workforce are required. Customer facing experience and good negotiation skills would provide a significant advantage.

Be willing to develop yourself by learning new skills and increasing your knowledge of products, systems and the company’s market and operation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver messages to stakeholders at different levels inside and outside of the organization.

  • Able to take risks while still analyzing potential pitfalls of his/hers actions.

  • Be self-motivated, willing to take action while coping with varied workloads.
  • Be organized while demonstrating flexibility in day-to-day work.

Your compensation and benefits

We offer compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and responsibilities of the role. Pay also depends on the country where the job role is based, as compensation practices vary across our markets. During the recruitment process, we share clear information about the pay and benefits for your location, so you know what to expect before moving forward. The base salary for this role is between $83,000 - $125,000 plus variable compensation and vehicle allowance. Base salary is based on years of experience and the interview process.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Quincy location in Charlotte, United States (US).
