Your role
You will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating all Vision Project activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, milestones, KPIs, and organizational targets.
The role will act as a central point of control for project tracking, reporting, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
The position may not directly execute technical project activities but ensures that responsible teams deliver their commitments on time and as per project requirements.
Your day-to-day
Key Responsibilities
- Project :
- Monitor progress of all Vision projects against approved schedules and milestones.
- Track project KPIs, deliverables, resource utilization, and target completion dates.
- Maintain project dashboards, action trackers, and management reports.
- Follow up with engineering, software, procurement, manufacturing, and service teams regarding pending activities.
- Identify schedule deviations, bottlenecks, and risks, and escalate them to management.
- Coordinate cross-functional discussions to ensure timely resolution of project issues.
- Organize project review meetings and publish minutes of meetings (MoM) with action items.
- Monitor FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance milestones.
- Ensure all project documentation is updated and maintained.
- Track customer commitments and internal action items until closure.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management review.
- Support project managers in ensuring on-time project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project cost, timelines, and resource allocation against approved plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and project management processes.
- Sales Support :
- Apart from the above the expectation would be to support one Business segment of MVS in sales by serving quotation, follow up and sales force updates helping in getting business
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project monitoring, PMO, or operations management.
- Experience in industrial automation, machine vision, inspection systems, or engineering projects preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and project management tools..
