Your role

As an Internal Sales Support , You will support the Aftermarket Sales team through quotation management, sales administration, lead pre-qualification and digital marketing activities. The position will be responsible for supporting digital campaigns, generating and qualifying business leads and maintaining effective sales documentation and coordination to strengthen aftermarket business growth and customer engagement.

Your day-to-day

• Prepare and manage quotations for aftermarket products, spare parts and services.

• Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to collect technical and commercial information.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns through email, social media and other digital platforms.

• Develop and coordinate marketing content to promote aftermarket products and services.

• Generate, review and pre-qualify potential sales leads from marketing campaigns and other sources.

• Coordinate with Sales Engineers to assign leads and monitor follow-up progress.

• Monitor digital campaign performance, lead generation and customer engagement.

• Maintain and update customer databases, quotations and sales activities in CRM/ERP systems.

• Prepare sales reports, campaign performance reports and presentations.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Aftermarket Sales team.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

• Maintain accurate sales and marketing documentation and follow up on pending activities.

Your skills and experience

• Understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution.

• Knowledge of social media marketing, email marketing and lead generation.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and digital marketing analytics tools.

• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.

• Good analytical and reporting capabilities.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
