Your role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Process Documentation & Audit Readiness Coordinator (12-Month) (m/f/d). You will be part of our Controlling team reporting to our Head of Business Controlling DACH. As part of this 12-month project, your mission is to help building the foundation for a transparent and audit-ready process landscape within the Holding organization. You will work at the intersection of process management, governance, and audit, gaining valuable insight into the operations of an international industrial group. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to-day
- End-to-End Process Mapping
- Capture and document all relevant Holding processes
- Map the existing process landscape
- Define the scope and interfaces between the Holding and operational entities (DACH/local)
- Structured Process Documentation
- Create standardized process descriptions (including inputs, outputs, roles, and interfaces)
- Establish a central documentation structure (e.g., within SharePoint)
- Audit Preparation
- Ensure all processes are documented in ACMS in an audit-compliant manner, including supporting evidence, guidelines, and policies
- Prepare audit-relevant documentation and structure content according to audit requirements
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with the Project Lead, business functions, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate contributors and subject matter experts for individual processes
- Identification of Gaps & Improvement Opportunities
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and duplicate structures
- Derive quick wins and recommend sustainable process improvements
- Development of Sustainable Standards
- Create templates, guidelines, and best practices for future process documentation
- Ensure scalability and reusability of documentation standards
- Monitoring & Progress Tracking
- Implement transparent project tracking (e.g., progress by process area)
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to the Project Lead
Your skills and experience
- Completed degree, or currently in the final stages of a degree program, in Quality Management, Business Administration, Auditing, or a related field
- Strong interest in process management, governance, and audit topics; initial practical experience is an advantage
- Structured and highly detail-oriented working style with a strong commitment to quality
- Ability to document complex topics clearly and effectively
- High level of independence and confidence when working with stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to see the bigger picture
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent German and English language skills
