Job description岗位职责:

• Piping assembly of the whole machine 管路系统组装
•  Place parts on racks according to assembly drawings依据装配图进行部件在机架（撬块）上的就位
• According to the flow chart and assembly diagram, perform the piping, fittings, flanges, valves, instruments and other parts of the piping system, so that the process is correct and the assembly is reasonable;依据流程图、装配图进行管路系统中的管道、管件、法兰、阀门、仪表等零部件组装，做到流程正确，装配合理；
• Conduct hydrostatic pressure tests on assembled products to verify leak-free performance对组装的产品进行静压试压，确保产品无泄漏
• Comply with company rules and regulations, complete 5S management according to the requirements of the company遵守公司规章制度，按照要求完成公司制定5S管理
• Perform special operations in accordance with safe working practices按照安全作业规范执行相应的特种作业
• Wear labor protection equipment correctly正确佩戴作业劳保用品
• According to the production plan, complete each process with quality and quantity按照生产计划，保质保量完成各项工序
• Be able to take the initiative to deal with sudden quality problems in the production process能够主动处理生产过程中突发质量问题
• According to the production plan, complete the production task within the specified production hours根据生产计划，在规定的生产工时内完成生产任务
• Comply with the safety and quality management requirements of the company and related parties. 遵守公司及相关方的安全和质量管理体系要求

Experience requirements工作经验要求:

• Have water pipe or gas pipeline installation experience, can read process flow chart, equipment assembly drawing;有水管或气体管道安装工作经验，能看懂工艺流程图、设备装配图；
• Able to read CAD mechanical drawings能够看懂CAD机械图纸
• Analyze dimensions and equipment layout according to drawing requirements根据图纸要求分析尺寸和设备布局
• Familiar with equipment manufacturing process and routine production specifications熟悉设备制作工艺和常规生产规范
