Your role
As Global Service Plan Product Manager, you will lead the development, standardization, and global deployment of the VTS Service Plan business. You will define and own the global Service Plan concept, drive profitable growth through scalable service offerings, and support Customer Centers worldwide in building sustainable recurring revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and continuously develop the global Service Plan strategy, value proposition, commercial principles, and governance framework.
- Design profitable and scalable Service Plan offerings aligned with customer needs, equipment lifecycle requirements, and business objectives.
- Assess Customer Center readiness and drive capability development, adoption, and implementation of Service Plans globally.
- Govern Service Plan execution to ensure compliance with global standards, profitability targets, and operational excellence.
- Drive revenue growth, renewal rates, customer retention, and overall Service Plan performance.
- Capture and replicate best practices across Customer Centers through training, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Enable Sales, Marketing, and Service teams with tools, training, and value-selling approaches to accelerate Service Plan growth
To succeed, you will need
- Proven experience in Product Management and a strong track record in Service Plan development.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience driving profitable growth and business development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Customer-focused, self-driven, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Engineering or business degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30-50%).
