Job Description

Your Role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Logistics Manager. You will be part of our Logistics team reporting to General Manager. In this role, your mission is to have 100% delivery performance to customers, and to improve customer satisfaction. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers. 

Your day-to-day

  • Response for production and material planning, guarantee material delivery in time and drive decisions to best output and capacity.
  • Working together with sourcing team to guarantee 100% delivery performance from suppliers, set up transparent supplier communication.
  • Phase in and phase out of new products and parts according to First time Right philosophy to minimize waste and scrap.
  • Make use of digitalization and automation tools to continuously improve material inventory management strategies.  The goal is to achieve lower inventory level, shorter lead-time and more reliable on-time deliveries.
  • All import & export activities should be focused to improve the customer satisfaction.
  • To set up a forecast system with customers in order to guarantee product delivery on time.
  • Stay informed about the latest international and domestic customs policies and requirements, maintain strong relationships with local customs authorities, and ensure compliance in the company's import and export management.
  • Systematically improve stock accuracy with warehouse team, aiming to have healthy stock management between warehouse and SAP.
  • Develop and motivate your team to have achievement.
  • Support the management team continuously on planning process improvement and optimization.
  • Respectfully takes direction from General Manager and other duties as assigned.

Your skills and experience

  • University degrees or above, majored in economic management or logistics, etc.
  • Experience on planning and logistics or supply chain management.
  • Team management
  • Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
  • Be familiar with Knowledge of ERP system, SAP is priority.
  • Knowledge of Atlas Copco The Way We Do Things is a plus
  • Good command of data analytics incl. Excel, Power BI, etc…
