Your Role
In support of our mission to be the best solution provider to our customers, we are increasing our presence across the United States and Canada. The Asset Management Engineer you are a critical part of this mission and will work directly with customers to ensure satisfaction within the territory by providing advanced technical support, training, and troubleshooting for LEWA and Nikkiso products. You will be in a unique role that combines both technical expertise and sales acumen as the TSS plays a vital role in driving aftermarket revenue growth through repairs, spare parts sales, and proactive customer engagement.
You will
- Be a trusted technical advisor to customers, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities for revenue generation by helping customers maximize the performance and longevity of their equipment.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive asset reliability database across all brands, tracking MTBF/MTTF metrics, failure patterns, and performance trends to predict component demand and identify proactive service opportunities.
- Creates data-driven stocking strategies and inventory optimization models based on usage patterns, failure rates, and criticality analysis, ensuring optimal parts availability while minimizing working capital investment.
- Generates qualified leads and service opportunities through predictive analytics, providing TSS teams and ASCs with actionable intelligence on upcoming maintenance needs, component replacements, and upgrade opportunities.
- Develops and implements reliability-centered maintenance strategies, conducting root cause failure analyses and creating preventive maintenance schedules that maximize asset uptime and customer satisfaction.
- Creates and maintains KPI dashboards and performance reports, translating technical reliability data into commercial insights that drive strategic decision-making and revenue growth initiatives.
To succeed, you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical), Data Analytics, or related technical field required.
- 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, reliability engineering, or data analysis (internships and co-ops considered).
