Your role
Maximize the sustainable growth of our VTS business across the territory by promoting sales of service products to new and existing customers, in accordance with agreed business plans, representing the VTBA in a manner that all products are promoted. You will report to the Regional Service Sales Manager - VTS North America.
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business targets, managing personal time and productivity.
- Cooperate with service aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to customers and achieve customer satisfaction;
- Analyze and provide timely, accurate market information to management, such as pricing situations, status of competitive activities and "red flag" issues related to business in the region.
- Undertake proposals of assigned service products, including the calculation of sales prices by applying the discounts strategy in place and using the appropriate quoting tool.
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels within the area and ensure an excellent standard of aftermarket service is provided.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information by updating the CRM with customer visit reports, opportunities and quotation status info.
- Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue;
- To grow the business through the development of the Installed base.
- Undertake ad-hoc project work related to VTS, including new products and Marketing Campaigns.
- Provide Customer information / feedback on a regular basis.
To succeed, you will need
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in industrial service sales experience a must, preferably in the vacuum industry.
- Understanding of what value-based selling intends for Service business
- Sound technical understanding and ability to quickly adopt to new products/technical developments
- Working in an industrial environment, ideally with engineering background
- Clear understanding of optimized territory management
- Show high commitment to customer
- Eagerness to hunt for results
- Cope with pressure and setbacks and learn to develop accordingly
- Build up relationships and network with internal and external stakeholders
- Prospect, source, and maintain customers in assigned area.
- Manage, call upon, and sell service products including spare parts, oils, service plans, fixed pricing repairs, overhauls, etc. to customers in assigned area.
- Prepare reports as assigned relative to activity, lost orders, closings, follow-up, and performance against budget.
- Intensive travelling activity (10% local travel and up to 50% overnight travel).
- Experience with SAP strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere in the Southeast Region of the US (Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, or Florida). We value results over location and provide the tools and support you need to succeed from any of these locations.
