Your role

As a Technical Support, your mission is to offering structured, most professional and timely technical support to the FSE's, Backoffice, service operations, customers, dealers/distributors and regions. You will report to National Technical Support Manager.

You will

• Continuously follow up and analysis of the local product quality Take care of a proactive failure reporting & support request towards TS in the PC's
• Play an active role in providing onsite technical support if required and project support requests from PC's
• Provide accurate and up to date service information covering all aspects of a compressed air installation
• Plan & conduct technical trainings to assure field competence & skills are in pace with equipment development and installed base

You have 3 - 5 years of experience, working in operation of high quality industrial machines, and preferably air compressors.

• Knowledge in Compressed Air or engineering System 
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to operate Microsoft Office Applications
• Have a good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
