Your role
- Operate and maintain electrical distribution, HVAC, compressed air, water, drainage, fire protection, and mechanical systems to minimize failures and interruptions.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans; analyze failures and lead root-cause analysis.
- Monitor capacity, utility demand, and equipment loading; identify risks, recommend upgrades, and support expenditure planning.
- Manage work requests, emergency responses, maintenance records, drawings, standards, procedures, permits, and inspections.
- Oversee contractors and vendors, including scope, quotations, scheduling, permits, safety, quality, contracts, and acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with Taiwan regulations and company standards in electrical, building, fire, environmental, and safety activities; support audits.
- Analyze and improve energy, water, and utility performance; set baselines and verify savings.
- Execute production line or facility modifications, including requirements, cost, schedule, risk, coordination, testing, and handover.
- Support factory expansion and major projects via design reviews, utility planning, coordination, commissioning, and handover.
To succeed, you will need
- Three to five years of experience in facilities or equipment maintenance
- Skilled in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, or facility systems
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and root-cause analysis
- Project management skills including scope, schedule, and cost control
- Basic AutoCAD skills for facility drawings
- Able to read technical documents and prepare engineering reports
- Proficient in English for technical communication
- Capable of supporting shutdowns, emergencies, and construction sites
