Your role
You will develop and implement new Business Intelligence solutions that help turn data into concrete business decisions and improvements. Your role will go beyond creating reports. You will identify issues and opportunities in financial, manufacturing and other internal data and propose data-driven solutions.
You will have the opportunity to take solutions from the initial idea and problem analysis through design and development to implementation and handover to users. You will also train internal stakeholders to ensure that the new tools are effectively used in day-to-day management and decision-making.
The result of your work will therefore not simply be a new dashboard or report, but a functional solution that people actually use.
In a manufacturing environment, you will also be able to quickly see the tangible impact of your work.
Your day-to-day

Proactively identify issues, patterns and opportunities in financial, manufacturing and other internal data and propose data-driven solutions.

Develop new BI solutions from identifying business needs through implementation and adoption by internal customers.

Design and develop dashboards, analytical tools and self-service reporting solutions in Power BI.

Work closely with management and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into practical data and analytics solutions.

Present new solutions to users, provide training and help them use data effectively in day-to-day management and decision-making.

Ensure the quality, consistency and accuracy of data used for reporting and analysis.

Prepare regular and ad hoc analyses and identify trends, variances and their root causes.

Contribute to the implementation of a new MES and help define how manufacturing data will be used for reporting and operational management.
Your skills and experience

At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, controlling or a similar analytical role.

Proficiency in Power BI and has experience designing and developing user-friendly analytical solutions.

Knowledge of SQL, Azure (Microsoft Cloud) and/or Azure SQL is an advantage

Bringing new ideas and finding more efficient ways of working.

Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization and confidently present the results of their work.

Fluency in English.

Your job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site in Lutín, Czech Republic (CZ).
