Your day-to-day
- Develop and optimize CNC programs to improve machining efficiency and product quality.
- Support the setup and calibration of CNC machines ensuring precision and compliance with production standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and quality assurance, to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on CNC equipment to maintain operational reliability.
- Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on the latest CNC technologies and manufacturing best practices.
- Document manufacturing processes and contribute to standard operating procedures to enhance workflow consistency.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience or internships involving CNC programming and machining operations.
- Familiarity with CNC control systems is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production setting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
