Your role

• Process improvement especially on the automation, robotic, digitalization, poke-yoke etc.
• Take over Scroll/RV process improvement and problem solving
• Create the job qualification for operator/provide training to worker / Monitoring and regular evaluation
• Create and maintain production BOM \Routing in SAP
• Improve production cost included process and work time by LEAN thinking and achieve CC7 target
• Production readiness for product transfer/new project launch（PFC，PFMEA , Tooling development, Layout definition, related documentation）
• Analysis and improve of quality problems from customers’ complaint
• Participate in Kaizen, VTPS,QRQC and other improvement activities
• Participate SBO activity, find and improve the safety risk from shopfloor and office
• Lead and organize internal and external meeting related process technology
• MES system operation maintenance and monitoring, real-time monitoring of the system's operational status
• Responsible for CIP work such as material layout improvement to ensure the feeding much lean
• Achieve data interaction and functional integration between MES, ERP, and automated equipment systems, etc.
• Other works assigned by Supervisor

• Bachelor's degree major in mechanical, automation or related industrial major
• 985/211 university is plus
• Good score in the whole university period
• Automatic graduation project is mandatory
• Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skills
• Fluent in both written and oral English
