Your Role

Main Responsibilities (Give 6 to 8 main areas of work. State what is to be done –to what - the end result e.g. Develop, agree and implement detailed sales plans to increase market share in Europe):

Project Management
- My primary responsibility is to lead and manage projects based on project team composition and project goals. I am also involved in all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and risk management. I write reports for each gate and lead the project to achieve successful results.

Air compressor Electrical design 
- Select and configure electrical components for Air compressors. Specifications for these cables including main and control cables are also determined. Additionally, circuit diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs) and parts lists are created, creating the documentation necessary for product manufacturing.
We are also responsible for the electrical design of air compressors for special locations (e.g. power plants).

Improve production / manufacturing quality
- If problems arise with wiring methods and arrangements during manufacturing, we also analyze circuit diagrams and improve quality to eliminate inconveniences during manufacturing. We also provide technical support for inverter, microcomputer, and HMI control that arise during commissioning to improve quality.

Communication with customers and engineers
- We provide the information and technology necessary for product use, and increase trust with our customers by responding immediately to electrical problems that arise during product installation or operation.

Test
- Conduct reliability tests on selected components, or tests to analyze the composition and usage of the product.

Report development progress, key risks, and project milestones to management in a clear and timely manner.

To Succeed, You Will Need

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

Education Level

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Relevant Learning Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or engineering design.

Knowledge Areas / Skills

- Strong knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation software.

Understanding of manufacturing processes, material properties, and product validation methods.

- Project management skills with ability to work cross-functionally.

- Problem-solving mindset with structured engineering approach (e.g., FMEA, root cause analysis).

Other Requirements

- Strong communication skills in Korean and English (able to discuss, document, and report with foreign colleagues).

- Ability to work effectively in an international team environment.

- Occasional domestic and overseas travel may be required.

Location

This position is based in Siheung, Korea, Republic of, within a production company environment dedicated to excellence in procurement and supply chain operations for the industrial air sector.
