Your role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Digital Marketing Specialist. You will be part of our Brand Studio team reporting to Manager Digital Services. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns. Digital marketing strategies are vital to our company's success, so your role will be crucial in helping us achieve our business goals and objectives. We expect you to bring experience and a strong passion for digital technologies and marketing channels. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to-day
• Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across social media and search engines (Google, Bing).
• Conduct analysis and A/B testing to identify strong, relevant keyword searches to optimize campaign success.
• Create targeted campaigns, including writing ad copies and optimizing creatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop ad copies and creative content.
• Provide regular reports on performance metrics and insights.
• Analyse, monitor, and report on ROI for all PPC campaigns to respective stakeholders.
• Analyse, monitor, and report on competitors' PPC campaigns, including keywords being targeted.
• Stay up to date with market and technology-related developments.
Your skills and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media Advertising, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field, or an equivalent certification from a recognized institute.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and online marketing tools.
• Familiarity with web design and best practices in online marketing.
• Excellent time management and English communication skills.
• Previous experience working with agencies is a plus.
