Job Description
Customer care coordinator
In this role, you will be one of the key contacts for our customers, helping them with their orders, deliveries, service requests and other day-to-day needs. You will make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while staying in close contact with customers and colleagues across the business.
To succeed, you will need
- Completed secondary education
- Fluent knowledge of Polish and at intermediate English
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and follow up on tasks
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers, understand their needs and handle requests, complaints or unexpected situations professionally
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
