Your role
As a Production Operator, your mission is to be responsible for producing high quality custom engineered products in a safe manner. Employees may work in different areas of production, including Cold-Heading, Heat Treat, Plating and Collation. You will be responsible for safely operating equipment, collating and packaging parts, and ensuring machines run efficiently while meeting quality standards. You will report to the Production Supervisors and/or Team Leads.

- Always work in a safe manner.
- Train and become competent in collating and packaging parts.
- Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to ensure machine efficiency.
- Ensure work area is prepped, clean and organized for next shift.
- Partner with team to ensure machines run to maximum efficiency and meeting all quality standards.
- Work closely with colleagues, with a strong emphasis on team work, minor maintenance, ensuring all quality requirements are met.
- Ensure daily history sheets, manufacturing packs and all other related paperwork are filled out correctly and ensuring all data is recorded.
- May be required to receive training and drive a fork truck.
- Manufacture cassettes as needed.
- Enter items into ERP system as necessary.
- Other related duties as assigned.
