Senior Officer /Assistant Manager – Human Resources
As a Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager- HR You will report to HR Manager
Key Responsibilities-
HR Operations -Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through separation using HR systems.
Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting and employee data maintenance.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave administration, and workforce records. Support compliance relating to NATS, NAPS, apprentices, and trainees.
Drive HR digitalization and process improvement initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Employee Experience -Drive employee engagement, communication, retention, and culture initiatives.
Facilitate employee feedback mechanisms and engagement surveys.
Promote empowerment, accountability, and self-driven team culture.
Support reward, recognition, wellbeing, and employee experience programs.
Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Talent Integration -Execute recruitment activities for employees, apprentices, trainees, and contract workforce positions.
Partner with hiring managers to deliver timely recruitment solutions. Ensure recruitment compliance with Atlas Copco policies and guidelines.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and assimilation activities.
Learning, Performance & Talent Development-Support talent reviews, competence development, and learning initiatives.
Coordinate the Performance & Development process through HR Link. Partner with managers to identify capability gaps and development plan
Administration, Compliance & Business Support: Coordinate employee services, manage workplace administration, support compliance and audits, assist with HR analytics and reporting, and provide operational support to the HR Manager.
To succeed, you will need
Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline. Engineering background is an added advantage.
5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering organizations.
