Your day-to-day

• You will work with a local or divisional team of Engineering, ME, supplier development engineers in projects related to implementation of new products, processes, suppliers localized to effectively integrate into QD organization. 

  Through job roles rotating in diverse functions, you will closely be involved into technical support process, supplier audit, advanced manufacturing engineering process development and optimization, application and aftermarket technical expertise.  

  You will collaborate with global engineers on processes optimization and systemization and have opportunity to work and learn abroad in project assignments. 

Your skills and experience

• Successful master's degree in one of the following disciplines, Mechatronics, Automation or similar.

  Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurship are key to you. 

  You have strong commitment to achieving goals, you want to drive things forward and have a strong passion that there is always a better way. 

  You have pleasure in dealing with people and be exposed to international cooperation.

  You have a friendly, open communication style. 

  You have gained intercultural experiences by working or studying abroad. 

  Fluent in English language.

  Proactiveness, willingness to take responsibility and drive project forward.
