In this role, your mission is to Support the design, development and continuous improvement of products, processes and technologies to deliver innovative and sustainable engineering solutions. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers. 

Your day-to-day

• • You will work with a local or divisional team of Engineering, ME, supplier development engineers in projects related to implementation of new products, processes, suppliers localized to effectively integrate into QD organization. 

  • Through job roles rotating in diverse functions, you will closely be involved into overall life cycle management starting from new products development process, supplier development/management, advanced manufacturing engineering process development (CNC machining, precision assembly, digitalization) and aftermarket technical expertise.  

  • You will collaborate with global engineers on processes optimization and systemization and have opportunity to work and learn abroad in project assignments. 

Your skills and experience

• Successful master's degree in one of the following disciplines, Mechatronics, Automation or similar 

  You have first work experience in engineering through internship or similar

  Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurship are key to you

  You have strong commitment to achieving goals, you want to drive things forward and have a strong passion that there is always a better way

  You have pleasure in dealing with people and be exposed to international cooperation

  You have a friendly, open communication style 

  Fluent in English language

  Proactiveness, willingness to take responsibility and drive project forward
