Your responsibilities are:

- Lead new product development of thermal mass flow sensors and flow meters.

- Design sensing elements, thermal structures, and flow-path configurations.

- Build thermal transfer, fluid dynamics, and sensor performance models.

- Optimize sensitivity, stability, repeatability, and long-term reliability.

- Address challenges related to contamination, drift, and environmental robustness.

- Develop measurement electronics, signal conditioning circuits, and embedded systems.

- Design flow compensation, temperature compensation, and diagnostic algorithms.

- Improve measurement accuracy, response time, and dynamic range.

- Define validation and verification plans.

- Perform flow, temperature, pressure, and environmental testing.

- Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvements.

Your day-to-day
- Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers and the industry.
- Ensure that all research and design methodologies comply with scientific and engineering standards.
- Assist in the creation of business plans and budgets for product development.
- Analyze and interpret quality and safety test results to ensure compliance with standards.
- Stay updated on industry developments and translate them into actionable opportunities for the company and customers.
- Monitor product development to ensure it meets technical, functional, cost, and timing targets.
Your skills and experience
Requirements: 任职要求：
- Major in Instrumentation, Automation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or related disciplines.
- 自动化、测控技术、电子工程、机械工程、仪器科学、流体力学等相关专业。
- Minimum 5 years of experience in flow measurement product development.
- 5年以上流量测量产品研发经验。
- Strong understanding of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and sensing principles.
- 熟悉热传导、流体力学及传感器原理。
- Expertise in thermal mass flow measurement technology.
- 熟悉热式质量流量测量技术。
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronics design.
- 熟悉模拟及数字电路设计。
- Experience with MCU and embedded systems.
- 熟悉MCU及嵌入式系统开发。
- Familiarity with sensor calibration and data analysis.
- 熟悉传感器标定及数据分析方法。
- CFD simulation experience using ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL, or similar tools.
- 熟悉CFD仿真（ANSYS Fluent、COMSOL等）。
- Proficiency in Matlab, Python, or equivalent engineering tools.
- 熟练使用Matlab、Python或类似工具进行数据处理。
- Hands-on experience in thermal mass flow meter development preferred.

- Experience in industrial sensors, instrumentation, or process automation industries preferred.

- Experience with AI-based analytics or smart diagnostics preferred.

- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills; proficient in reading English technical literature and patents.
