Your role

As a CSO Field Service Technician, your mission will be to deliver outstanding field service, ensuring product performance and customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact with customers and an ambassador of Atlas Copco.

Your day-to-day

• Guide customers on the proper use of Atlas Copco products and recommended maintenance intervals.
• Test equipment before and after service interventions, taking corrective actions whenever necessary.
• Diagnose equipment issues and ensure effective solutions during the first service visit.
• Prepare clear and objective reports on the services performed.
• Complete the PRA (Preliminary Risk Assessment) before each service intervention.
• Ensure services exceed customer expectations, supporting the sustainability and growth of the business.

To succeed, you will need

• Technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Refrigeration, Automation, or related fields.
• Knowledge of lubricated, oil-free, and centrifugal compressors is desirable.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Safety certifications are desirable, including NR10, NR18, NR35, NR11, NR12, NR20, and Defensive Driving training.

• Must reside in Rondônia (RO) or surrounding region.
• Availability to travel is required.
