Your day-to-day

Follow up on assigned accounts receivable, monitoring due dates and maintaining contact with customers to manage outstanding payments.

Identify and communicate situations that may represent collection risks, escalating cases when appropriate.

Support the resolution of inquiries, discrepancies, or claims related to invoicing and collections, coordinating with the relevant internal stakeholders.

Maintain up-to-date customer, payment, and collection information within the department's systems and management tools.

Participate in the preparation of reports and key performance indicators, supporting portfolio analysis and results tracking.

Collaborate on continuous improvement and process automation initiatives within the area.
Your skills and experience

1 to 3 years of experience in Credit & Collections, Administration, Finance, or similar administrative roles.

Experience interacting with internal and/or external customers and handling administrative documentation is a plus.

Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

Your job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
