Your role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, your mission is to be responsible for providing electrical technical support and after-sales services for the company's products. Support customers and the sales team with product selection, quotations, and on-site technical solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.

You will

• I. Technical Support and Solutions
  Complete electrical selection of products and systems according to customer requirements.
  Provide technical consultation and solution support to the sales team.
  Prepare technical quotations and related technical documentation.
• II. On-site Customer Technical Service
  Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting support for customers.
  Respond promptly to customer technical requirements and after-sales issues.
  Analyze root causes of problems and develop effective solutions.
  Organize customer technical training to improve equipment operation efficiency.
• III. Project Coordination and Communication
  Coordinate resources among customers, the sales team, and relevant internal departments.
  Drive timely resolution and closure of technical issues.
  Collect customer feedback and propose improvements to products and services.
  
• IV. Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Management
  Summarize field technical experience and develop standardized technical solutions to optimize technical support processes.
  Establish and maintain technical case databases and training materials.

You have 8 years of experience, working as a Senior Electrical Engineer

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
• English can be used as a daily working language.Able to independently participate in cross-regional technical communication within the Group.
• Experience in technical support, field service, or after-sales service for fluid equipment, pump systems, industrial automation, process control equipment, automation systems, or electromechanical products.
• Experience in customer site service and fault analysis.
• Experience in project coordination or team leadership is preferred.
• Solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in electrical engineering.
• Familiar with electrical control systems, automation systems, and industrial applications.
• Familiar with PLCs, HMIs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo systems, and related industrial control products.
• Knowledge and experience in explosion-proof systems.Strong understanding of motor principles and motor selection.Strong capability in electrical system troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Able to independently complete product selection, technical solution development, and quotation support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong learning ability and self-motivation.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Option 1: On-Site
