Represent VSS service business requirements within Product Company sourcing and supplier management activities, ensuring competitive pricing, supply continuity, and operational excellence for Distribution Center supplied parts.

Drive supplier performance improvement, commercial alignment, and cross-functional coordination with Product Companies and suppliers to support customer satisfaction and achieve VSS business objectives

• Represent VSS service business requirements in supplier management and sourcing activities led by Product Companies (PCs).
• Ensure service part pricing is appropriately established and maintained for Distribution Center purchasing activities.
•  Participate in supplier reviews, sourcing discussions, and commercial negotiations to support VSS business objectives.
• Lead buffer stock agreements with suppliers to improve supply continuity and service performance.
• Monitor supplier delivery and cost performance for Distribution Center supplied parts.
• Proactively drive supplier improvement initiatives to improve delivery reliability and responsiveness.
• Act as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues raised by Call-off Buyers and coordinate resolution activities.
• Work closely with Product Company procurement teams and suppliers to address supply constraints and delivery issues.
• Support supplier capacity reviews and allocation discussions to secure service business requirements.

Education Level:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred

Relevant Previous Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Supplier Management, or Operations
• Experience in supplier performance management, purchasing, or sourcing within a manufacturing or service environment
• Proven experience working across multiple functions and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.
