Your role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Service Operation Manager. You will be part of our Service Operationteam reporting to the Business Line Manager. In this role, your mission is to drive efficient aftermarket servicedelivery by leading a high‑performing team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You willcontribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to-day
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing aftermarket service team.
- Ensure operational excellence in aftermarket and maintenance service delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction across the service portfolio.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and service-related issues.
- Analyze service performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and promote service growth within the customer base.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ElectronicEngineering, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bilingual proficiency, with native Spanish and advanced professional English communication skills (writtenand spoken).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, service operations, field serviceleadership, or similar supervisory/management positions.
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating operational activities.
- Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in adynamic environment.
- Experience in aftermarket, maintenance contracts, technical services, or industrial operations is highlydesirable.
