Your day-to-day
- Coach and support service leaders to foster accountability and collaboration.
- Monitor and improve performance using key metrics and resource planning.
- Drive initiatives to boost efficiency, standardize processes, and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, project management, and service teams to meet strategic goals.
- Manage resources, budgets, and priorities while addressing operational and customer challenges.
Your skills and experience
- 7+ years of experience in service, operational, customer support, manufacturing, or leadership roles.
- Demonstrated leadership of managers, supervisors, or multi-site teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with operational performance, KPIs, budgets, resource planning, and process improvements.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in French or Spanish is advantageous.

Your job location
This is a hybrid position based out of our Rock Hill, SC Customer Center Office working 2 days in office and 3 days remote.
The role supports service operations across the United States and Canada and requires regular collaboration with leaders, teams, and stakeholders throughout North America.
Travel: Up to 25-35% travel throughout the United States and Canada, with occasional travel to Mexico. Valid driver's license and the ability to maintain an acceptable driving record. Travel may include customer visits, leadership meetings, training, and operational support activities.
