Your role
- 正确理解并熟练掌握本岗位加工产品的工艺或作业标准要求，以及所用设备、工装、工具的性能、操作规程和生产中可能出现的问题
- 遵守公司劳动纪律和各项规章制度，搞好现场安全文明生产，及时完成上级领导交代的临时工作
- 每天严格按规定要求正确使用和管理装配设备，确保人身和设备安全，并做好设备的维护保养工作
- 能按照5S的要求在每天作业完成后，对车间的工具、工作台、车间进行整理清扫
- 零件出入库，清点物料、库存物料摆放、发料、打包等
- 根据生产计划，提前准备主机装配所需要的物料、工具
- 严格按照装配主机装配操作指导书的要求，认真完成每道工序的零件装配，并做好相关装配参数记录
- 按照生产计划，保证每天准时并满足质量要求完成生产任务
- 能正确判断所做产品的质量状况并做出正确处置，作好生产过程中的各项记录工作
- 对生产过程中的出现的不合格零部件和产品，认真做好记录并及时向相关部门反馈，尽快取得合格零部件和产品，满足装配需求
- 做好产品生产过程中零部件、半成品、成品的吊装搬运、贮存和防护工作
- 和测试工程师完成机械测试前期准备工作
- 参与测试平台发展建设
- 配合主管完成其他的生产任务
Your skills and experience
- 3年及以上机械产品相关的生产线装配的工作经验
- 能看懂基本机械工程图纸和使用基本测量仪器（游标卡尺、千分尺），有钳工证者优先
- 备职业道德，较强的工作责任心及企业归属感
- 工作踏实认真，吃苦耐劳，能够服从公司安排
- 具备团队协作能力、沟通协调能力及待人诚实可信
