Your role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Product Specialist. You will be part of our marketing team reporting to Marketing Manager.
Your day-to-day
- Support the sales and marketing activities of oil-injected screw compressor products
- Provide specific technical and commercial support to sales team.
- Monitor product sales performance, market trends and regional performance, and recommend improvement actions.
- Implement of sales and marketing promotion for OIS products with direct manager.
- Maintain product information, technical specifications, price, sales materials and so on.
- Support energy-saving and replacement projects, including measurement tools, field testing, data collection and customer proposals.
- Coordinate new product launches, product test, technical documentation, sales training and post-launch follow-up.
- Develop and deliver product, application, competitor and sales-tool training for sales teams.
- Collect and analyze competitor, customer and market information, and prepare product comparisons and sales guidance.
- Work closely with sales, dealers, factories and other internal teams to complete product-related projects and marketing activities.
Your skills and experience
Experience requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience in industrial equipment.
- Experience in air compressors or related industrial applications is preferred.
Knowledge
- Good technical understanding on mechanical and electrical system.
- Good skill on normal office softwares such as Word, Excel, Power point, AI and so on
- Good command of English on reading, writing, speaking and listening.
Educational requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or related such as machinery, refrigerant, compressors and so on are preferred.
Personality requirements
- Good communication skill, team work spirit and open minded
- Willing to face challenge and eager to learn more.
- Active working attitude task driven and self motivated.
- Strategic thinking.
