Your role
- Perform material supply, logistics, demanding, inventory control and import/export administrative tasks.
- Ensure material availability in line with production plans and demand requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to achieve on-time delivery of materials and products.
- Manage and coordinate import and export operations to ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
- Handle bonded warehouse and bonded material related processes to support compliant inventory and logistics operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and support actions to prevent shortages or excess stock, including bonded and non-bonded materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation and system records related to supply, logistics, and import/export activities.
- Escalate supply, logistics, or trade compliance issues in a timely manner to minimize operational risk.
- Take any tasks or projects assigned by the immediate manager/supervisor.
To succeed, you will need
- Education: University degree or higher
- At least 1 year of experience in supply chain, materials, import/export
- Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and logistics
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
