You will

• 1. 战略与CFC转型 Strategic Sourcing & CFC Transformation

  • Develop and execute China-for-China sourcing strategy aligned with local market needs
    制定并实施China for China（本地化供应）战略，支持中国市场需求
  • Drive supply chain localization to support faster response, flexibility, and compliance
    推动供应链本地化，提升响应速度、灵活性及合规性
  • Partner with GM and sourcing team on localization roadmap and China business independence
    与总经理和采购团队共同制定中国供应链独立运作路径

  2. 国产替代与本地化推进 Localization & Domestic Substitution

  • Identify and execute domestic substitution projects for imported materials/components
    识别并推动进口物料/零部件的国产替代项目
  • Build localization pipeline and implementation roadmap
    建立国产化项目储备及推进路径
  • Collaborate with Engineering to enable design-to-localization
    与工程团队合作推动“设计适配国产化”

  3. 成本与价值管理 Cost & Value Engineering

  • Deliver cost competitiveness through localization and value engineering initiatives
    通过国产化及价值工程提升成本竞争力
  • Build should-cost models and localization business cases
    建立成本模型及国产替代商业分析

  4. 供应商开发（中国体系） Supplier Ecosystem (China-based)

  • Develop strong domestic supplier base aligned with CFC strategy
    建立符合CFC战略的本土供应商体系
  • Lead supplier scouting, qualification, and industrialization
    主导本土供应商开发、认证及量产导入
  • Build strategic partnerships with key China suppliers
    建立核心本土供应商战略合作关系

  5. 风险管理与供应链韧性 Supply Chain Resilience

  • Reduce dependency on  single suppliers and improve supply autonomy
    降低对单一供应的依赖，提升供应自主性
  • Implement dual sourcing and localization risk mitigation plans
    推动双供应及国产化风险控制方案

  6. 跨部门协同 Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality on localization projects
    与工程、制造及质量团队协作推进国产化
  • Support NPI with localized sourcing solutions
    为新产品导入提供本地化采购方案

  7. 商务与谈判 Negotiation & Contract

  • Lead commercial negotiations with both local and global suppliers
    主导本土及国际供应商谈判
  • Optimize contract terms for China operations
    优化中国区业务合同条款

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field

本科及以上学历

Experience

• 8+ years sourcing experience in manufacturing
• Proven experience in CFC (China for China) and localization projects
• Hands-on experience in domestic substitution initiatives
• Experience working with GM or senior leadership preferred
• 8年以上制造业采购经验
• 必须具备CFC（中国本土化供应）经验
• 具备国产替代实战经验
• 有汇报高层经验优先

Knowledge

• Deep understanding of China supply base and industrial ecosystem
• Familiar with localization lifecycle (qualification, validation, ramp-up)
• Understanding of global vs local sourcing trade-offs
• 熟悉中国供应链生态
• 了解国产替代全流程（认证→验证→量产）
• 理解全球采购与本地采购平衡
