We're looking for a Technical Support Expert to become a key reference for our Condensate Management portfolio, supporting products such as drains and oil-water separators. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of service, engineering, product development, and customer success, helping us deliver exceptional reliability and performance worldwide.

What you'll do
Solve the toughest technical challenges
- Act as the highest level of technical support for complex customer issues.
- Support local service specialists around the world and occasionally travel on-site when required.
- Help customers quickly return to optimal operation.
Drive continuous product improvement
- Analyze warranty claims, field failures, and connected equipment data.
- Identify trends and root causes.
- Lead discussions that improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Influence the products of tomorrow
- Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams.
- Ensure serviceability, reliability, and lifecycle cost considerations are embedded from the earliest design stages.
- Represent the service perspective in key development projects.
Share knowledge globally
- Create technical training programs, troubleshooting tools, and learning content.
- Empower service teams worldwide with the knowledge they need to succeed.
Work across functions and cultures
- Partner with colleagues in engineering, production, marketing, and service.
- Collaborate in an international environment where ideas and innovation are encouraged.
To succeed, you will need
We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with curiosity and a customer-focused mindset.
You likely have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A collaborative and proactive approach.
- The drive to continuously learn and develop.
Experience with compressed air systems or air treatment products is appreciated, but your willingness to learn and grow is what truly matters.

Compensation & Benefit
- Permanent contract
- White-collar employee, Level B2, National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry
- The offered salary starts from €45,000 gross per year, with a higher starting point available for candidates bringing relevant experience and expertise

Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our SCB Italy plant in Villar San Costanzo, Italy (IT).
At our company we have more than 25 years of experience in developing condensate management solutions and since three years we are part of the Atlas Copco Group.
We are based in Italy, in the vicinity of Cuneo, in the region of Langhe and close to the magnificent Alps.
